Life Groups
Life Groups, or home-based ministry groups, are a very
important part of our Church as they play a key role in
our approach to ministry and discipleship.
We are very purposeful and systematic in our approach to
the communication and teaching of God’s Word. That
process begins each week during our Worship Service.
Before the message a handout is distributed so that
everyone has an opportunity to take notes. Following
each service Pastor Doug prepares “Life Notes”. Life
Notes are more than sermon notes; they are a complete
study lesson that is based upon the message.
Prior to Life Group Life Notes are distributed typically
via e-mail. This gives everyone time to study the lesson
and answer the questions. During Life Group a Life Group
Leader facilitates the discussion giving everyone an
opportunity to share their responses, ask questions and
share how the teaching has impacted them.
